Support Services for Discontinued Products
Sanwa’s policy is to provide support services for 6 years after a product has been discontinued from production. Please check if the support period applicable to the specific model before asking our support service. Sanwa will provide support as long as demand and availability of parts allow us to deliver effective service and customer value.
Extended support is subject to availability of replacement parts, and qualified personnel to perform the service.
