Answer: Generally, the capacitance measurement function of a digital multimeter employs the charging/discharging method (counts the charging/discharging time). This method is not suitable for measuring the capacitance of a capacitor with large leakage current. For capacitors with large leakage current, use AC oscillation type LCR meter: LCR700 or Analog Multitester: CX506a.
